Star Wars, Fictional Psychic Stuff Versus Real Psychic Stuff

I used to think telekinesis was fictional bullshit, something on Star Wars and nothing more. I thought it was science fiction to say the least until I started succeeding at moving objects with my mind. In Star Wars, Luke Skywalker is taught how to get his ship out of the swamp where it sank. He learns how to do telekinesis as Yoda taught him in order to do something practical with it. I didn’t think it had any practical value but the fact is that I once noticed I was able to move around the faucet handles in the bathroom. I have no idea how to study or cultivate this stuff. It is a thing I know how to do, nothing more.
