The 12 Chakra System

The book cited below gave me insight, since I grew up very ignorant about spiritual anatomy, much less with an understanding of what the chakras are. The aura is related to the assemblage point, which is a cluster of energy lines connecting to the body that surrounds the body. (Pp. 157). I had some idea of the 7-chakra system, but no idea about the 12th chakra system the author begins to talk about. Many ancient civilizations had their own ways of describing the chakras, which are defined as energy centers linked to the physical systems in the human body. A handy chart on pp. 308 tells me what I need to know about the chakra system, something that I didn’t sort out until I bought this book.
