What Can A Level 1 Reiki Healer Do for You?

I got my Reiki level 1 from a healer who lived in Sunnyvale at the time. Reiki in the West comes from a Reiki master teacher named Mikao Usui. He’s the one who went to a mountain to meditate where he channeled this healing modality. When you are getting any kind of attunement for any level, it is best to stay away from alcohol, avoiding high protein food, and eating fruits and vegetables. Caffeine is not good for you either. By the time I got my Reiki 1, in 2009/2010 when I was unstable, I was trying to quit drinking. I don’t have a certificate but I could earn one. I have learned not to heal people when I’m in pain. At Pantheacon I got an attunement, which helped me channel my energy a lot. Reiki helps you remove bad energy, from an object, as well as cleanse your entire environment. Reiki level 1 means you can self-heal. I broke my thumb’s nail peeling potatoes, a piece of it just came off 20 minutes ago, and I breathed into the pain, running energy to try to heal myself.
