Book of Knowledge Meditation

I was using my Sara Wiseman course login. I went to the Akashic Records to look at where my fear of performing arose.

1. What happened during the meditation?

It happened when mom didn’t let me participate in my Catholic Elementary School’s lip sync contest. I was dealing with wanting to perform but she wouldn’t let me. As in, she also did not get me an electric guitar in high school, much less guitar lessons. I saw that my fear came from watching other people perform, although right now I do not have the energy for guitar lessons or performance work in general, be it acting, or singing.

2. What was revealed to you?
Another insight has come to me just now, which is that I need to fix my sleeping problems and everything else falls into place. I managed non-interrupted sleep from 6:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m., and that is a solid 7 hours. At 1:00 a.m., I was 196, which disrupted my sleep.

3. What is your soul’s destiny in this lifetime? My soul’s destiny in this lifetime is to becoming a prom/wedding guitarist at the very least; who can sing/perform covers of many a rock ballad.

4. How did this revelation help you? I realize how important it is to right my sleeping habits, and make them better. What is the solution to all my life’s problems but sleeping well, letting go of stress, and not driving myself crazy about everything.
