What Is Qigong?

Qigong is something I’ve studied in college.  I found a flier on campus one day, that led me to Dr. Chow. I learned about chi, and how to push people twice my size. Three intakes of breath renders you able to push a person bigger than you. I hesitate to say anything more about this.  Qi means “subtle breath” while Gong means “skill cultivated through steady practice.  Qigong can help regulate your internal energy, manage blood pressure, and anxiety.  I use it to keep my anxiety under control and Tai chi is another exercise that is useful for this. I have one Qigong book to my name but I need to buy some more so that I can learn it.  It does help my mental health quite a bit.
