How to Use the Chi Breath for Cold Weather

Hi kiddos, there is a way to use Chi to make yourself warm. This is by breathing in three times in short puffs. Chi in general, is about breathing in three times. You also push a point on your hand with your middle finger when you want to generate this energy. Chi is the same thing but feels different from prana, life force, Qi, Ki, etc. It goes by many names. You circulate your chi when it is cold outside. You have to use chi daily to live, function, and breath. Someone negative could easily disrupt chi, which is kind of his or her goal anyway.
