What is Acupuncture?

January 11, 2020

Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese healing modality that alternative medicine gladly has going for its use in. Acupuncture relies on needles put on a certain point on the body that is similar to a ley line in the earth. The meridians run through the body, like a highway made of energy, or an irrigation system in a garden. Meridians as channels or irrigation pathways that help move qi, blood, and bodily fluids throughout the body. The meridians dispense while moving extreme energy types through the body. Disrupting a meridian makes illness happen without warning. There are twelve meridians that mean something, flowing with energy throughout the body, as a process rather than being an actual anatomical structure, as it is known to be. A needle stimulates or activates the meridians, causing energy to flow where it was once blocked or to slow down if it was flowing too much. Acupuncture can give you energy or take it away, as it calms mental illness stress down in fabulous ways I hope to get more into on this blog if I should come up with enough money to get acupuncture on a regular basis.
