Why Narcissists Lie and How to Combat Their Crap

A narcissist lies about everything. They can change of course, but it is hard for them. Narcissists tell many a lie. Their lies are about you; but these lies are truly contained with what they do to you that makes up the root of the lie. Narcissists are truly swept away in their little world. They can change if they work at it, although the best way to control their crap is to not defend yourself. I’m pretty much fed up with my family’s crap. The key is not to defend yourself too much but to let the truth speak. It is only because they want to malign you with their lying thought process. I do believe that narcissists can change with a lot of therapy, but no, Z-D is not into that.
