Thinking Yourself Well
There is such thing as thinking yourself to feel better than you do when you are ill. You can focus on your immune system doing its best to work with you. You can tell yourself, my immune system works, I demand my immune system kick in, working to curb the symptoms of my illness. Getting frustrated does not help as that tells your body, gee, I’m pissed off, which then causes stress. If you want to make sure you can fight a cold or flu, you have to fortify your thinking process about your immune system. Indeed, your thoughts create your reality, because you have to frame to yourself the way reality works. If you think random mental illness thoughts this does not take over your life since you probably take your medication. Remember, that your thoughts are still something you are responsible for.
