How Traditional Chinese Medicine Works

March 11, 2020

Here is an explanation of Traditional Chinese Medicine without citations. Needles are used in acupuncture but an acupuncture needle is not something you draw liquid up through. Acupuncture points are all over the body, found in a system using meridians, which are lines of energy that surround your body daily. Illness comes from imbalanced or agitated meridians, since anybody with mental illness has to deal with intense agitation caused by these invisible lines going out of balance. A needle is said to tweak the meridian system, causing the body to realign. Acupuncture works great on chronic anxiety problems though, let alone other mental health situations.
