How to Use Chi To Lift Heavy Things

Chi is easy to use because you take in three breaths, very quickly. It fills your lungs up, causing energy to flow inside your body. The energy then seeps into your arms as well as your legs. You finally find the energy to lift something heavy, open a bottle, or walk around. There is also a point on your hand that you push using your middle finger, to guide the chi flow inside your body. Chi can help you push a person bigger than yourself away from you. Or use martial arts in a stronger manner than with you just using your weight. Chi is life force, and prana while also going by other names such as ki for example.
