Superstrength or Chi Power: This is what I have cultivated. At one time I had to carry around heavy books in school. Somehow I managed until I threw my back out junior year. I had to carry around a wheely backpack. Mostly I do many things with my strength like martial arts, working out, walking with my knee injury and more. My knee injury was caused by the way I pivoted my foot the wrong way. Chi can be used to lift heavy boxes also but I have to be careful with my existing back injury from when I would pick up my books in school.
Chi is all about using it for getting things done, like sitting at this computer. I used to use to go grocery shopping, but I’m trying to be mindful of my hernia by not aggravating it. Aggravating it would be painful, and it is not something I want to do, so I’ve had to get help getting groceries using my EBT, since hauling the trolley around would exhaust me, make me winded, set off coughing, and possibly trigger me into passing out. The last thing I need is to fall on concrete, possibly breaking something. So I have help now instead of depleting my chi. Chi is what is getting me out of bed in the morning, I’ve been consistently waking up at 2:00 a.m. But that is also menstruation talking, which takes a whole lot of chi to contain my anxiety about. It snuck up on me and I didn’t notice my PMS at all this month.
