I have already earned: an AA in anthropology with honors, an AA in creative writing, and a Bachelor’s in creative writing with a few cinema classes, and segment III was holistic health. Okay, that’s what I have now. I also have a certificate in written communication from Foothill College, but not limited to student government work too. I want to earn the following: a paralegal degree, a business administration degree, and an AA in film and television, all to get me to graduate school standing if I can. I was shy of that when I did get done with my last semester. How many associates do I want? Psychology can be added to the list. So if I do the math right, that is a grand four AAs, added to my existing two. At this point, I need to make a virtual appointment with an academic counselor.
If some actors can’t get a real job in 2020 because of the COVID crisis, they can easily try to make it in the classroom rather than at a studio. I mean the opportunities to go to school right now are endless since every school has started an online program for all classes. For example, in my case, the De Anza College paralegal program is now all-online and I can take it if I will eventually have money to take classes on low income. Yes, I can do this with Greyschool, and I will somewhat have the nerve to go to two schools at once give or take the way I plan things out. As it is, actors have many opportunities to do something other than act right now.
A nonprovisional patent is different from a provisional patent in that the nonprovisional patent has a filing date as good as a provisional patent. My website idea needs to have a provisional patent according to the legal advice clinic. I have decided I need more help than I’m getting. A PPA is not made public until an application number is provided so you don’t have to file a nonprovisional patent, but you do have to file a provisional patent, is my understanding of this situation if I’m reading it correctly at all? The right form for this that I need is called SB/16- and I get it here: form SB/16 available at www.uspto.gov/forms). It is necessary to secure the earliest filing date, because PPAs expire after one year, and it cannot be extended or renewed, PPAs are not going to become a patent however. They can only be reviewed under the guise of a published PPA as you can use the term “patent pending” for the duration of a one-year pendency of a PPA. Yes, this is a lot of legal stuff for me to try to understand with my current ignorance, which is why I need to see a real business lawyer so my next step is still get a job.
I simply do not know the writing business well enough. I should have taken Business of Creative Writing at school, but my counselor put me in the wrong English class. , Decades later I kick myself over that decision. I can find enough information on the writing world on Youtube and through Udemy classes, give or take. Udemy is the cheapest educational platform alive. You can get endless knowledge for a fraction of the price of Udacity, or even normal online school found at junior colleges. There are many inexpensive ways to get information about something online these days; it is a treasure trove and why I want to get into an Internet Research self-employment business for other people.
Okay, ladies and gentlemen who do not know about the writing world, everything in it is about commission save Textbroker International, Inc. that pays you per article. Yes, I’m trying to make money off of that this week, next week, and forever. Writing articles does pay very well, it does make the big bucks, but you have to fill a niche for the publication you are writing for. Queries are necessary to send out so the publication knows whether or not if your piece is a waste of time for them. Patience is necessary to have in order to eventually get your work out there, and publish. I have a huge list that’s 72 pages long. I put this list together from this one writing eBook I got, and sourced possible article ideas. Income Diary is one market I want to look into but once again, patience. It takes work to get your big break.

I sent out a query for Liisbeth to write about my social network for psychics idea. It is one way to keep metaphysical bookshops afloat in California. I’m going to get a provisional patent for this website idea also, so as to protect the idea. My query gets into how I could write a feminist business owner profile, or a general article about my business that I want to put together. I have read for myself psychically, with this business appearing in my head as the one to start, and yes, I’m talking about my social network for psychics plan. Sure, some may say it may not work, but I have been talking to SCORE people for years now, and some of my ideas may yet work out.
I’m working on my pre-2020 list, as I have 15 more business plans or summaries to write about. These business ideas came to me before 2020, and hence my need to write a post-2020 list so that I can keep my ideas straight. While that is a blessing, it can also feel like a curse. I’m inclined to say that I have way too many ideas, which I need to write down so I can work on it. My ideas excite me but I know how to look at it with the objectivity of a 39-year-old, compared to what used to happen to me in my twenties when I got swept away. But anyway, I’m going to eventually finish all my business plans, and sell my ideas or make myself an equal partner with people, and eventually I will succeed.
I need to work on this, as I already have a file open on my USB drive. This file is going to get into the business of the business I want to start, by showing metaphysical bookshops why it will work out, as a great idea. I have to find angel investors willing to pay up ahead of time though, when I present my idea as a finished product. I also have been advised to get a provisional patent for the website, which means I have to hire a programmer first. Or program it myself as I had originally planned? Maybe not though. I think I need to see a real business lawyer, since I have to get that patent. I will have to hire a programmer on work now, pay you later? I think SCORE counselors are right; I need to get a real job first. At the very least, I also need to find secure angel investors who maybe, could pay the programmer?
Marketing is all about selling a product to a demographic. If I use Jawz, a plastic device you chew with, to chew my way to better skin, that company is using Youtube to target people over 30 who may develop skin problems over time. The before picture is what a person looks like without using the product, with the after picture reflecting changes made to their physical body after using the product. I’m considering getting one for myself, and my mother. This is only because it might deal with the puffy skin on my chin anyway, which are blackheads. I’m doing my best to treat it or get rid of it. I’m trying my hardest to keep myself together through all this quarantine business.
