The Land of True Blood is a story about abuse, psychic attack, and the changing of the guard. It is a story fraught with snarky sayings, which is something I have trouble doing right now. It takes a lot of energy to write comedic snark. Sometimes I do not have the energy to be funny. Not when I’m run down, stressed, pimply, and trying not to overload myself. Wow. The novella is supposed to be 15,000 pages, and be full of snarky comedic relief. The protagonists say mean things to their victims who at first, do not fight back. It is about how psychics can make each other ill. Then there is a changing of the guard of the castle on Ancient Tiamat, which the story is set in. It is about how good people can defeat bad guys with gusto.
I could maybe turn this into two novellas but I realize I want to keep going with my current novella, which I got all the scenes out that have been stuck in my head since 1994. Yep, a lot of scenes are rattling around in my head, that I’m trying to get out of my mind and body. It ends with a character getting captured by the opposing factions. I made up names for the planet and the aliens, but I need to edit this piece over all, it is far from finished. The X’s words about my writing being useless, insulting my work when he is far lazier than me, stuck with me. It should be said that the Ex is just saying to me god I’m lazy, and you aren’t. My story is just plain stuck, guys, stuck, and I need to get it unstuck because I was not going to finish it in the captured part, I have a sequel in my head, but maybe it could be put in the original 13,000 word file.
Books will occasionally read differently than a movie, which is a visual medium. Books actually create a foundation for movies anyway, like the Harry Potter series, which J.K. Rowling had input on making into movies and a theme park at Universal Orlando, FL. t has existed since 2010 but feel free to correct my fact checking if I’m wrong. We humans like our stories since they give us something to liven up existence on this planet, which can occasionally get boring. Stories give us something to do, something to dream on and help us get something done with our lives. Its why I want my MFA sometime soon.
The fictional details make up a story, sure. Those details prop up your fictional universe after all. Fictional details are the backbone of your story. Take the National Treasure movie series, a lot of details went into each scene that showed a clue, or a treasure piece. Or in the same genre, Sleepy Hollow, the TV show, the new version was cool. The fiction in this story is awesome, only because it is about a guy who wakes up in the 21st century, when slavery after a fashion, is over. Stories are all about fictional details, devices, and tropes. A trope is a commonality in the story or a theme, and in the case of fictional details, the library Sleepy Hollow characters had access to in season 4, is a trope since knowledge is power.
I have listened to some Youtube videos by Alexa Donne, which tells me a lot about modern day writing despite having gone to college in 2004-2007. That exhausted me so much I haven’t gone back to school since, seeing as I do not want to drift headlong into addiction again. You cannot have too much background in the story she said, only because it slows down the story. I started my book, Opening New Dimensions, which massive action. Yes, that is the way I decided to open the story, with a “demon” (alien) possessed fight. Writing action can somewhat is exhausting for me to sustain lately, but that is because I have a hernia and my health problems are impacting my stamina. Plot is referring to everything that happens in a story, as in, first this happens, then that happens, etc. It is why a tightly woven plot full of intrigue ought to cause ambiguity.
I have plans to get a literary agent for both books that are finished, How to Give Bullies What They Deserve, and Opening New Dimensions. A literary agent can be found if you sift through many. Legit agents do not charge reading fees. They will work hard to get your book out there. A resource such as Publisher’s Market is one way to find a literary agent. Literary agents know how to market your book but since my number one business weakness is not knowing anything about marketing, I can honestly say I don’t know much about the field at all since my first book was a marketing flop anyway, as I left a few links in starseed websites. This time around, I’m going to hire a professional editor, and read more about marketing, along with finding an actual agent, to see if I can get the book to press although the sequel and 5 more books are stuck in my head.
Now I rarely write about my family but since they ignore this blog, my Internet writing, and my emails, here goes. If you guys want my money, the least you could do is discuss the denial about my mental health situation, as well as the denial with both parent’s mental health situation. I feel ignored on three continents. Sure, I live by myself but ignoring me doesn’t make things easier. I’m mad as hell people. I’m pissed, I’m done being brushed aside, oh pay no attention to her mentally ill babble. I dare you guys to read my blog, because ya’ll believe the lies. I have a normal to high IQ people, and psychosis/alcoholism was what influenced me the wrong way. But you guys know better than to trigger a recovered and Reclaiming Alcoholic?
I was once scammed from a People Per Hour people, two people. You do not need to deposit a check from someone in order to get a job. You get resources from your company but back then I hadn’t started at work 2 Future yet so I didn’t know that, and I was new to being about living on my own. But now, I’m a seasoned veteran about living on my own, and I have successfully lived on my own, and far less insecure because work 2 Future taught me about real jobs. My parents had just left back then, having moved to Spain so I was vulnerable to a lot.
There are companies hiring for this such as Appen and Lionbidge, but you can also be self-employed. Internet research is a recession proof employment option. Becoming an Internet researcher is easy, but attracting clients through marketing is hard. Internet research can be done by anybody with a computer, who can search the web. This is a very easy field to break into. Internet researcher jobs do exist. Wonder would hire people for $15-18 an hour, which is something I need. This very blog could advertise my skills as a freelance Internet researcher. I set up Stripe for my blog to transfer money.
