Hernia Surgery- One More Test

I don’t want to get hernia surgery just yet but it will happen. Either way, I know it needs to be removed. I have one more test that measures acid reflux but in fear, I erased the steps from my head. I’m like, terrified of hernia surgery, although, what is worse, making real money or getting hernia surgery? Both are high in the heinous category but we adults need to make arrangements for caring for our health. Adult life is about taking your responsibility for your health in all aspect. Some people in my family don’t do this. I’d rather keep them unaware of my blog because this blog serves as a means of communicating with the outside world.

The Purpose of Fiction

Fiction helps us sort out the cobwebs in our head. The Bible may have been the first book ever printed on the printing press when it was invented. Other books soon followed. Stories help us fix conflict in our lives, since fiction is about conflict and the resolution of conflict. Stories are also about karma, what goes around, comes around, which is also something that functions in real life around real people. But anyway, yes, the purpose of fiction is all about making people realize their wisdom. Without fiction, humans would be bored, as fiction is a human creation that we have designed to keep ourselves entertained.

What I Thought Was Fiction

Fiction is a form of channeling and I use channeling to write it anyway. Fiction tells us things about ourselves. It is a tool of self-discovery. Superpowers found in fiction are based on some reality. The superpower trope in stories is partway real, although with stories such as the Superman story, the flying part could be considered levitation. But anyway, the thing is, we Earth humans used to have superpowers in the past, although the aliens, however, didn’t want us to use it, since it would make us too aware that they were using us. Fiction is not just fictional. I recently have come to realize that my science fiction novel on Amazon is not necessarily fiction, although, hey, feel free to read it.

The Reality of Time Travel Paradoxes

The reality of time travel paradoxes is that I can explain it to most people, which I’m wondering at why I get this stuff while average people do not necessarily understand it. For example, Back to the Future, the first movie was about Marty McFly changing his family’s history. He has to get his parents together or he will never be born. He gets into his dad’s bedroom playing an evil man from outer space. When he gets back to his own time, he finds his dad is an accomplished writer. His parents in the other timeline were alcoholics, who had not accomplished much. But Marty changed the future. There I go, explaining a time travel paradox. Time travel is risky business.

Why I’m Staying Single for the Duration

Vaccines were invented by science as a means of protecting ourselves from viruses. For centuries, we had limited protection against germs. This is why I believe in vaccination, since vaccines do not cause autism. Autism is genetic in nature; it is passed down through generations. The first inventor of vaccines, Dr. Edward Jenner, saw that milkmaids did not contract smallpox but they’d get cowpox which was a similar infection, which didn’t kill as many people or cause scars as bad as smallpox could get.

He took cowpox, injected James Phipps who developed cowpox, and recovered, but then was given smallpox, which he didn’t wind up getting. He discovered that cowpox was close to smallpox, so that the disease ran its course when smallpox was administered. Low-grade smallpox let people become immune. In 1979, they tried to undo smallpox on the planet. The first vaccine really was the smallpox vaccine but it pretty much means they keep a vial of it around to study just in case another type of virus comes along. Medical science is a field that interests me only because I have particular ideas about rearranging the DNA of a baby while it is in the womb, which will eventually be possible to get done. This would remove disability genes, as well as narcissism genes. If narcissism could be taken away from our gene pool, so that criminal behavior is less rampant.

Why I’m Getting the Covid-19 Vaccine

I’d rather get the vaccine, not the virus. Vaccines are not bad, antivaxxers; keep your mouth shut around someone such as myself with 22q immune system issues. I used to get every cold under the sun, I would also get the flu easily even if I know metaphysical ways of keeping myself well. I know how to visualize my immune system. What I’m dealing with is low blood platelets. What is that? It means that my white blood cell and red blood cell count is low constantly. What could make this worse? You guessed it, drinking. I want to get the vaccine.

Try and stop me ignorant folks. As someone with 22q/Velocardiofacial Syndrome, that my family has shamed me for having, I really do not want this virus or to be exposed to any virus before hernia surgery which means we will have to continue putting it off. I pretty much need a friend to come with me to the final procedure that will prove I have acid reflux, and need surgery, maybe. My endo said the hernia needs to come out. My obgyn same thing. I’m starting to hear from people although my dermatologist looked scared when she said they have to go through the abdominal wall. I’m scared of surgery, even when I got 22q palette surgery.

How the Diabetes War is Going

Having a high blood sugar of 369 didn’t help this morning but my infusion set is working so it was down to 296. I’m winning the diabetes war I suppose, but I get my strips today, and this is because a prescription runner is going to get them. I’m getting both my test strips and my insulin in one day. I’m trying to win the diabetes war. But as usual, something trips me up when I try. I guess I’m trying too hard. I should relax more since that is another way of winning it. Last night, I managed to avoid being low. Well, anyway, wish me luck because I’m close still. Close to winning the sleep war also.

Food And Anxiety: Avoiding Chocolate

I’ve noticed that chocolate triggers my mental health symptoms. The safest way to try my chocolate experiment is in front of my therapist on Tuesday when I have video therapy. Chocolate triggers psychokinesis, a talent that warps the structure of matter using my energy. It bends metals, but also changes the shape of gemstones. It also impacts me when making dough, fixing electronics or even fixing my glasses. I’m not even sure I could put my nose pads back into my glasses. Chocolate is a substance I have to be gentle and careful with. I have been avoiding it since this January but I need to start experimenting with it to see what it does to my energy.

Potatoes and Serotonin

Serotonin in food is one way to beat stress. French fries are one way to eat potatoes, because it gets into your system faster. Pretzels, and potato chips are another way to get serotonin. You cannot get serotonin by eating a carbless diet, because carbohydrates are necessary. The blood brain barrier keeps an eye on what enters the brain or does not enter the brain. Food gets into your bloodstream and then acts on the brain itself. Carbohydrate consumption allows amino acids to not compete with tryptophan, an amino acid that clogs the gateway to the brain. Potatoes work to increase your serotonin, which then turns into tryptophan, an amino acid that helps you sleep.

Carbs make me feel better, in particular cereals like Cheerios and Kix when I’m very stressed out. These are interesting times because we have the pandemic causing people immense stress. At the very least, I’m trying to cope with stress every which way possible. Rice based food is also something that counts as a serotonin booster. I like using yogurt carbs for this midday. Last night I had Jack in the Box potato wedges with bacon and cheese on it because there was a mix up with my order as I had thought I was ordering egg rolls. Higher serotonin means more rational decisions which medication helps me with. Now that my brain chemicals are fixed compared to what I was up to in high school, I can make much better choices.
