Glucose tablets are a product marketed to diabetics because we diabetics need something to treat our many low blood sugar, low blood sugar is a symptom of taking too much insulin or also known as an insulin reaction. Glucose tablets as they are now have a nasty taste because they are chalky, a powder-like substance meant to get your blood sugar up in minutes. Glucose gel doesn’t taste like frosting and is not savory also because some people I used to know have frosting on them for lows. These are all simple remedies. Glucose tablets do not taste good, so I thought why not invent a gummy version?
As in, using flavored jello, as well as grenadine and actual juice. Cook it in the oven 10 minutes, then stick it in the freezer for some more time. The next step could be to take it out of the freezer, let it get to room temperature and try it to see if it is stable and doesn’t fall apart when I touch it. I ran into somebody who has a similar idea at a study I participated in. We talked about it briefly but I haven’t had the nerve to follow up unless he finds my blog.
Something about my personality is that I’m quite shy and absolutely hate being the center of attention. This is tough for somebody who wants to get into comedy like me. I need to do an open mic night on a small scale just to see what I can get comfortable with. But yes, the glucose tablet idea is something I have to put together as most of the ones on the market are gross tasting. I need it to come out in a gummy like consistency. No sugar need be added although the point of glucose tablets is to raise your blood sugar when low.

C-PTSD is a chronic form of PTSD with way more flashbacks brought on daily by thinking about the trauma. Complex PTSD is about having way more symptoms because you were under incredibly prolonged stress to bring on the C-PTSD. For example, ongoing hostility in a situation can trigger C-PTSD later on life if this happened in your childhood. Domestic violence or forced sex trafficking can be styles of C-PTSD triggers. (https://themighty.com/2017/08/life-impacting-symptoms-of-complex-post-traumatic-stress-disorder-ptsd/) My classmates’ abuse had an impact on me in elementary school. I now know why I have trouble with trusting people. Trust that builds is easy to destroy because of my mental health.
I feel alone a lot even when I’m in a crowd full of people. I hear this is common for survivors. I also get major flashbacks of my past, drama, trauma, and what my family would say to me growing up. Visual flashbacks are something I relive daily, which is terrifying to say the least, somatic flashbacks can be about pain everywhere in the body, which feels the trauma again as if it were happening in the now. Feeling intense emotions is a type of PTSD. I experience hypervigilance daily, sometimes I view people I trust as difficult to trust.
I was screwed over by a friend who wanted way too much attention, and now I can barely trust my new friends, even my coven. I have immense trouble trusting anybody. My family threw out my mirrors, my compass, and just stuff in general that was mine. This is why I don’t trust them, why I’m getting away during the holidays. I view everybody as potentially abusive, and this is why I have to get away from my family since they exacerbate those feelings. PTSD is the result of one traumatic incident, while C-PTSD is a response to repeated trauma.
For many years, it would seem that my trauma didn’t end. C-PTSD causes emotional mood swings and my senior year, I spent a good half semester crying in my Spanish class from my ride to school since that ride made sure I’d be late. My mind definitely goes blank when I’m under stress.(https://www.betterhelp.com/advice/ptsd/what-is-complex-ptsd/). Survivors feel the shame, self-hate, and guilt. I do not idealize my abusers though.
Much of what I was mistreated for was being gender non-conforming. I had oppositional defiant disorder as a child. I was hooked on rescuing said friend that screwed me over by trying to take advantage of me. She ever shows up where I live, the cops are going to be called. She couldn’t accept divine protection. I feel very disconnected from my spirituality right now because I can’t seem to come up with good rituals. Stress does make me feel physical pain, digestive problems, but not headaches since I take my medication. This is something said friend would not do daily because of her own trauma issues. I know to take my medication and nobody can talk me out of it.
Treatment for C-PTSD requires Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, which I do not have access to right now. Sometimes I have trouble tolerating stress so I avoid getting stressed out by using my medication. I need therapy, so hopefully this blog can make me significant income so that I can enroll in a program and do something about my situation.
Why my Psychokinesis is Under Control for Now
https://mysite.coach.teambeachbody.com?coachId=1662196&locale=en_US
You see, there is a way to help me out financially and Beach Body is it, for Coaching sign ups or buying the product.
After going shopping sometime this week, I had a rather disturbing yet marvelous experience with my PK. I saw it melt down a shopping cart. The right side, and the seat, and then the end of it where I was holding the shopping cart with my bare hands. Babylon 5 had it right, making telepaths keep their hands in gloves because truth is stranger than fiction. In winter, I’d have an excuse to wear gloves but see, that was my hypothyroidism not being stable and giving me a reason to be chilly since it lowers your body temperature.
I raised my meds precisely to keep the beast under control. My cough is actually better because of Claritin and the inhaler. I managed to save some money this month too since my PG&E is a nice discount. I can tolerate this. I will have extra money left over. I do surveys, and Beach Body, anything to make or save money. Of course, this is a huge source of paranoia for me. This is why I raised my meds for this week, and possibly the next two weeks. I managed to bend a spoon today after I got my laundry.
My psychokinesis is in general, under my control. I keep both USB drive and keys in a medication bottle. This way, I can calm myself down before I take it out. My blinds are a touch bent when I have grazed them with my hand while hot with energy. Reiki can activate my psychokinesis as I know how to use Reiki for self-healing. This is a solid fact of life for me, and why I have managed to survive 18 years on the insulin pump without giving up on infusion.
Most of my friends know that I do not give up easily when I feel like I can’t succeed at something. I keep trying until I succeed. Unlike somebody at a job I had years ago, who said that I should give up on infusion. Bah, right. Like hell. I didn’t. Giving up is not my style, nor is giving in to temptation of failure. Its why I’m tougher than you, bitch, and why I eventually succeed at stuff that others would give up on such as letting go of addictions. I’m detoxing myself for chocolate granola bars. But yeah, me? Give up? Nothing of the sort happens to me.
The Effects of Constant Hostility
If you are inundated with constant hostility in your world, this can cause major health problems. I grew up immersed this way in negative emotions. I’m not talking about negative energy, that’s ridiculous New Age nonsense. I was constantly angry from bullies, from home. Expressing anger in a healthy way, this I didn’t learn until I moved in with the sane roommates compared to the ones who had uncontrolled angry outbursts constantly. Constructive anger involves speaking to the person you are angry with in a civil manner, not in a large emotional outburst which makes somebody reel. (https://www.everydayhealth.com/news/ways-anger-ruining-your-health/)
Too much anger does increase your risk for a stroke. People who pick fights have no idea how traumatizing that is for me or anybody else victimized by their antics. Being assertive is a good way to express anger, but getting up and walking away, that’s removing yourself from a toxic environment. Bullies criticize you for being you, and this happened to me as a child daily in elementary school. Anger weakens your immune system so that’s why I had a lot of colds growing up, and I wasn’t diagnosed as having oppositional defiant disorder until I was 18.
ODD is an inability to do what you are told, and often arises out of authoritarian parenting when the child has had enough. Anger problems make anxiety problems worse, take it from me, I have had major anxiety my whole life and only now with appropriate medication is it better, I spent my whole childhood not on meds , drinking after age 18, and in general, feeling bad until I was 20 and tried medication. I was 30 when I was diagnosed schizoaffective, and tried more intense medication than I had tried previously. Hostility can affect your lung’s function, this is proven in my life because after 18 I had constant pneumonia, or bronchitis from colds.
My stress as a child, impacted my life severely. Stress can shorten your life span, that’s why as an adult I have made myself do therapy as well as self-help books to learn how to cope with my shit. Learning to express anger in a healthy way increases your life span because of stress reduction techniques. I guarantee you that hostility can damage your lungs because I had to deal with so much of it growing up for no good reason. They didn’t like me in school from 4th grade on. Somehow I survived the fourth grade. I didn’t have medication all through elementary school, and high school, and somehow I survived intense sleep deprivation because of my dog.
Narcissists pick fights out of wanting a source of narcissistic supply, any attention is better than no attention as ignoring the narc doesn’t work because they work harder to nitpick you into a fight, “they claim to hate drama.” (https://freedomfromnarcissisticandemotionalabuse.weebly.com/blog/why-do-narcissists-love-to-pick-fights)
Yet they start it more often than not” but they deny “DENY DENY DENY the lie until the cows come home,” *(https://afternarcissisticabuse.wordpress.com/2017/07/21/the-narcissists-need-to-fight/). Sheesh, Amen, because that when this fact is pointed out, they don’t like it since it contradicts their bullshit self-image of “I’m a nice person.” Causing chaos is their #1 game, because they want to make you feel bad. This is why I have to eliminate narcissists from my life. Narcissists are nitpickers. I’m not going to be around this holiday season, because I’m into avoiding my family over the holidays. Not that they miss me, my presence is hardly noticed. I’m put on ignore. Thanks, gee, what a way to treat a guest.
Getting angry at a narcissist makes them very happy because the act of picking the fight makes them feel good. Narcissists want you to react to their bullshit. A behavior I see all too often in my family. Yes, this is why I’m avoiding them and I’m bringing this up out in the open. They won’t see me the whole holiday season. Narcissists want to win these arguments by making you out to be the one who looks bad. I know who a narcissist is in certain family friends, believe me, I avoid these people. This is why many people say to cut the fight picking evil person out of your life.
The fact is, I’m not touching alcohol ever again in my life. I can’t. It destabilizes me. Some people don’t get not to offer alcohol to a recovering alcoholic. Narcissists get triggered into shame easily because their self-concept actually is worse than what they show on the outside. Narcissists and borderlines love denial as a defense mechanism. Their denial is epic. This is why I avoid people like that. Since nobody in my family wants me around as a treasured guest, but rather an annoyance if I say anything of value or show I have my own personality and thoughts as I’m somebody they’d rather not hear from, who merely observes their habits. Narcissists are not people who treat other people fairly anyway. Normal people do not pick fights as many people with personality disorders do. I don’t want to be accused of stuff I don’t do, so I avoid anybody with a PD unless they are treated and it is under control, which is what many of my friends know how to do if they’ve managed to be in control of their mental health. I’m trying to make myself hang out with healthy people more.

Narcissists think they are special, that they are better than everybody else around them. They have an entitlement complex, telling their victims they shouldn’t have one at all, because normal people do not. Rich narcissists demand special treatment all the time everywhere they go. Narcissists are very rude on top of that but they hide it through a polite veneer, which makes their victims not see their rudeness. They announce what they did to someone, such as playing a mind-game, and they are the sorts of non-stop bullies who enjoy outright intimidating people. Narcissists are cruel and if they have schizophrenia on top of the narcissism, they will never seek help.
Seeking help is not their M.O. They dislike therapy since the therapist doesn’t tell them good things. Narcissists are after one thing “narcissistic supply” also known as admiration. They get jealous if somebody more appropriate than they are gets attention. Narcissistic people are very much caught up in their own little universe where some people do not exist. Narcissistic people dislike being confronted on their wrongdoing because they cannot admit they are wrong. They do not see their chromic mistreatment of others as a problem.
They feel they are above the law. They think they are so special; they have the right to mistreat a person. Mistreating people is habitual for Narcs because they like it. They will never treat people around them well. They like causing pain and suffering. They want to create misery all the while acting like a nice person who charms the pants off of their victims. They throw you into a tailspin of doubt, or even self-doubt. Self-doubt is the worst because you are gaslit into thinking that nothing is going on when it is. They pretend to be trustworthy. Narcissists are best kicked to the curb.
There are ways I can make money off of my blog by updating it two to three times a day in order to drive traffic or make more views. I signed up for Max Bounty because I wanted to post affiliate links. They actually do give you advice on what campaigns to run. There is some guidance, which makes me feel a lot better to have it, than just relying on my own ideas. I had no idea blog sponsorships even existed but its’ about a company paying you to promote your product, such as my work with Beach Body (https://mysite.coach.teambeachbody.com?coachId=1662196&locale=en_US). All I had to do was copy the link.
A sponsored and new blog post must have a custom field inserted to let readers know the post is sponsored. California regulates promotions of alcohol while Massachusetts regulates tobacco related promotions. I would not promote tobacco or alcohol on my blog as I had to inhale cigarette smoke as child as well as my forays into alcoholism in my20s. WordPress can be used for many different situations such as a job board, selling digital products, online courses and webinars. You can sell eBooks or other physical products when you get the business WordPress stuff. You can also structure your webpage to add a Paypal donation button or Stripe.
The more traffic you have, the more money you make. I need to increase my traffic on this website. If you upgrade to business on WordPress, you need to use plugins. You can make WordPress themes, as well as customizing them. I have had my WordPress blog since around 2015, and I only monetized it this year. I’m looking to make actual income. You can offer freelance writing courses, and that is one way I’m able to make money with WordPress.

What is Affiliate Marketing?
<a href="https://www.mb103.com/lnk.asp?o=12789&c=124690&a=326272&l=13180
What is affiliate marketing? The above link is a great example, because clicking on it is worth $20.00 of money in my low-income pocket. Affiliate marketing according to the acceleration partners website, because of the system earning 5-10% of online revenue. A merchant pays the linkee a commission on referring new business towards the merchant. The person leaving the link may write a promotional post such as this one so that they could promote the merchant’s site. The days of affiliate marketing began with coupons and loyalty sites. Content bloggers eventually took their place in many other programs.
Affiliate marketing is about banners, links, email promotions, and more. It means that you can earn passive income from one post, without having to do much besides posting the link because merchants want customers, which they keep track of with cookies. Making affiliate marketing a personal success story is something you can do with effort. Some affiliate markets are paid to join while some are free to join. There is no need to create a product or service. There is no stocking or shipping of orders since you work from anywhere.
As far as competition goes, only great affiliate programs have that in mind. Your statistics are what help you to make money. Starting and monetizing a blog helps you promote your affiliate link. To market an affiliate program you post a link. Clickbank alone has many affiliate programs, which makes it great for people with more experience since I am struggling with how to use Clickbank, by finding products you would like to promote. The promote button is next to the marketplace listing. You also look for a popular key word that you make lists of. Another Google search determines your SEO, which means Search Engine Optimization. Your blog serves two purposes besides being a place to put links, its to inform or sell and it is not cool to make up information about what you are selling. You leave links in your blog so that you can send readers to that link in your story. Building 5-10 back links daily can help. You have to keep an eye on your affiliate programs, one eye on your blog, another eye on your programs. And there you have it, how to market affiliate products, its really easy.
